My Signage Portal is a cloud-based content management system built to work with our commercial displays and media players. Update every screen from a web browser – at one site or hundreds.
Publish in three steps
Choose your screen orientation, upload your media and pick the displays to publish to. Content goes live without visiting the screen.
What you can do
- Multi-zone layouts – combine video, images, text, live web pages and scrolling RSS feeds on one screen, in landscape or portrait.
- Scheduling – plan playlists by time and day so the right content runs at the right moment.
- Remote device management – reboot screens, change orientation, clear storage and check playback logs from anywhere.
- User management – give colleagues access to the screens and content they look after.
- Multi-screen synchronisation and templates – ideal for menu boards and video walls.
- API and triggers – connect live data, or make content react to motion, presence, product pick-up or button presses.
Interactive content for touch screens
The touch CMS lets you build interactive experiences with no coding: link pages with buttons, add image and video galleries, embed web pages, launch Android apps and set a screensaver playlist for when nobody is using the screen. A “Touch and Learn” mode shows extra detail on the same or a second screen when someone taps a product.
Integrated hardware
The media player is built into most of our commercial displays, so there is no separate box to install. Existing screens can be connected with a network media player.
Training and support
Free remote training sessions are available, alongside lifetime technical support by phone and email. On-site training can be arranged at additional cost.
